Friday, 1/6: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!

I did not to any aerobic exercise today. When I woke, I found that the cough I had been fighting for the past week had settled in my chest. So I took my own advice from yesterday and nixed the run.

I did work in the weight room... and I did both my leg workout and my upper body workout, and even half of my ab workout (first time since my surgery).

How did you all do today?

1. I did 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical this morning.

Leg extensions
Squats
Romanian Deadlifts

Cable rows
preacher curls
Pec dec flyes

Didn't feel great during the workout. Felt like my heart was racing the entire time and a little goofy in my head because of it. I don't know why.

4. Skipped today.
For some reason I had insomnia last night, so I was up until 5 am. Ended up sleeping until 2, and then had to get ready to work and to get crap done.

Besides, my ankles are a little annoyed with me.
