Daily Exercise Thread - 1/21/05
Well, I wound up taking a break yesterday (didn't sleep well) but I was right back at it this morning.

I did intervals on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I did speed walking 1/2 the intervals and did hills for the other half.

I'd like to do my Firm DVD tonight too, but I'll see how I feel. I'm kinda wiped out right now.

So, how 'bout you?

Adding minutes on the treadmill and aerodyne......


slllloooooooooooooowwwwwlllllyyyyy working my way back up to health, I'll be running and/or biking by April...(if I don't do another attack shoveling snow....)

5. Upper body weights and 20 minutes Cardio.
Tricept presses, dumbell curls, shoulder presses, compound rows, ab crunches, and some other chest exercise I don't know the name.

I did x12, x10, x8, x 6, x 12, x 12.
