Friday, 7/29: I'll be working out later today--what about you?
I was out late last night, so I slept in a bit this morning. I'll go for a jog (hopefully 3 miles) later today.

3. Hi all!
This morning I did Great Moves 202 by Kari Anderson. It was short, but I had to get to work early because this afternoon I'm going to see Ed Schultz broadcasting live here in Denver. (I know he isn't particularly popular here at DU, but I'm still pretty excited.) :hi:

5. 2 mile walk/run
I was able to run farther over all, but was not able to increase the amount I can run at one time. I ran 11/16 of a mile total and 3/16 max at a time.
