Wednesday, 7-20: I worked out today, did you?
This morning I did an aerobics dance video, upper body weights & yoga.
Also, for the 3rd day in a row I have done a short tai-chi workout in my office at lunch. It really stretches out those kinks from sitting at my desk all morning & helps me stay awake all afternoon.

2. I might do some Pilates or yoga later
My abcessed tooth is really bothering me, and I'm going back to the dentist today at 3. :(

4. Thank you.
I broke the tooth about 10 days ago, got a temporary crown on Monday and now have an infection there. Hopefully he can fix me up today so I can be back to normal.

On the upside, I've had very little appetite. :D

5. Leg day today
I'm doing dumbell deadlifts because barbells just kill my forearms and ultimately I screw up my form while getting the bar around my knees and cheat with my forearms and end up getting a rash and tweaking my back which remains pained for at least 2 weeks.

Anyway

5 sets of dumbell deadlifts
5 sets of ab stuff with one of those little kinda disc shaped inflatable thingies at the small of my back
5 sets of calf lifts on the calf lift machine
5 sets of leg curls on the machine
5 sets of leg extensions on the machine

These damned leg workouts always cripple me for 4 or 5 days. OUCH!

7. It's now Saturday, but Wednesday was my first workout
On Wednesday I worked on my upper body for about a 1/2 hour then I did a run/walk for a 1/2 mile. That was my first workout in five years and it had me reaching for the Ben Gay the next day.
