Tuesday 7/12: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks!

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and then went into the weight room and worked on my knees and my abs.

What's your story for today?

My legs cramped up really bad last night...probably from dehydration...went for the second ride on the bike at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon and came back sweating profusely.....didn't catch up and by 6 o'clock the cramps started...kept up until about 10 pm....

7. yes Ma'am, 3 miles on the treadmill, it was 60 minutes
and i had the protein an hour before as you all suggested and i think it may have helped.

its kinda gettin to the point it dosent hurt anymore, which is progress i guess. but its kinda a bad thing, because i like knowing when im at my limit, and then going past it. now i just have to go until i cant sit up after im done. which is fun in itself.

9. Another 12 miles under my belt.
I missed a turn on my new route and didn't realize it until AFTER I climbed a hill -- of course! Then I got the climb the hill I was supposed to climb! :D Won't do that again!
