Wednesday, 6/22: I haven't worked out today--what about you?
I had to get my car to the shop for repairs this morning and that put the kybosh on my getting to the gym.

I don't know if this counts, but I did a ton of packing for my upcoming moves (both office and home) yesterday, and will do even more today.

So no cardio, but plenty of lifting and bending and stretching.

1. I worked out. Aerobic video, upper body weights & yoga.
Your packing most definitely counts. I did not do my normal work outs this weekend, but I walked for hours on Saturday & put up drywall on Sunday. Used muscles I do not normally use & got great work outs both days.

2. Two separate
long bike rides.....probably about 10 miles total...It felt good and it didn't kill my knees.....

5. freeweight exercises.
today is my 'off' day... i really gotta get some cardio in there though. i can never get myself out running... getting myself to do Lifting isnt a problem, just the running...

6. Another bike commute.
I encountered a rude driver of a huge truck who decided a 15-second delay in getting around me was reason enough to blast his horn at me. But shortly afterwards, a guy in a pickup truck going the other way tipped his cap at me. :D
