I feel so much better now. Clothing looks so much better on me. I have also gain 11 pounds of muscel in this time.

I don't really have a numerical goal for my body fat.I have more of a visual goal.

I would like to reduce some more though. Maybe I can cut out those late night bowls of shelled peanuts? Or maybe just have one bowl or a 1/2 a bowl? I'm glad it's fruit season again. I eat alot of berries, mangos, and peaches in the spring and summer. So I'm hoping I can continue to make more progress.

2. Thanks!
I made most of my progress since joining this group in January. I got a lot of good advice on programs and training from the people of this group that I otherwise wouldn't have had.

5. I am pretty much following the body-for-life program.
Alternating weights and cardio for the training part of it. I think I'm the only woman at my gym who does 6 sets when strength training or is even that into strength training.

The diet part of body-for-life is good for me since I eat those foods anyways. I just had to do the portion control thing. As a vegetarian make sure I'm getting enough protein. It helps that I can eat the same things over again without getting sick of them like oatmeal every morning.

I'm not sure that 11lbs. of muscle is a lot or not but I think so for a 5'3" female.

9. 11 pounds is alot of muscle
That is great, keep up the good work. The good thing about BFL is that it teaches you how to eat for the rest of your life. It doesn't cut entire food groups. Good for you.

I like BFL. It was pretty easy for me to adapt too.
