Thurs, 5/5: I'm planning to run this afternoon--what about you?
I was up late last night, and couldn't get up to run this morning. I'm planning on running before dinner tonight (late afternoon/early evening).

1. I'm planning to run this afternoon too
Think I'll just have a Smoothie or something light for lunch. I'm going to try to run 3.5 miles again.

8. take good care of that!
Don't rush to get back if it means you'll be doing more damage.

4. semi-circuit
The first two sections of Body Max. The first is high-impact step aeobics for 23 minutes; the next is 20-minutes of cardio and lower-body toning moves (like squats, lunges, plies, etc.). Didn't have time for the upper-body portion of the DVD, but it still made a good 60-minute workout with abs tacked onto it.

7. Just got back from running about 2.5 miles
It is a perfect day here but there's pollen flying around like crazy and my eyes started to get itchy. Still, it was a great run and I feel invigorated afterward. :hi:

10. Chest day.
Went up in weight in the incline dumbell presses (to 80 lbs in each hand). Small, personal victory.

11. I wish I could...
I haven't been able to exercise for three days. I had an infected cyst on my chest lanced earlier this week and now I've got this little hole on my chest where the cyst used to be. I'm kind of afraid that if I try vigorous exercise too soon I'll mess up the healing process. It's still sore in that area too. I'm not sure when I can exercise again. Hopefully soon. I feel soooo lazy when I don't get to exercise, and that's not a good feeling.
