Saturday 4/30: I worked out today--did you?
Return of the bad-ass. Today I jogged 2.5 miles w/o stopping. I think I could have done more, but believe it or not, I was getting hungry. Any way, I still have 3 weeks to the 5K, and that's plenty of time to get the other .6 miles in.

I'm feeling GREAT!

Myself, not too bad a day @ 30 mins on the Precor Torture Elliptical.

Yesterday biceps and triceps and a 30 minute jog.

That's excellent progress--way to go!

Today I did the step portion of Cardio Parties and an abs section of Abs Hits, an abdominal compilation DVD.

3. I'm going to do some restorative yoga later
(Yeah, I know that's not really working out.) I had a really busy day at work and was running constantly (so I guess in some ways I *did* work out, since I was running up and down the stairs for about seven straight hours.) :D
