Recommendations for good on-line caloric needs calculators?
Anyone have some links to some good caloric needs calculators? I'm trying to figure out how much I should be eating for the amount/kind of exercise I get in a day.

Personally I think the Zone is worth looking into. . .I have been following it for a while w great results in terms of weight loss, health, and feeling great.

4. Then maybe the Zone is for you - it isn't a "diet"

It is about acheiving health and balance through nutrition. If you don't need to lose weight, you won't lose weight. My wife reached her weight loss goal a year ago. She follows the zone, she maintains her ideal weight, she feels great.

Take a look at the calculator, it will give you food guidelines based on your activity level.
