What does being moderator of your Association entail? (If I may ask)

2. Meetings, meetings, and more meetings, mostly.

I'll run Association meetings, which take place twice a year in this Association. I'll also serve on the committee that plans Association meetings, and run Association Council meetings. Basically, I'm the "president" of the Association. I prefer the term "Queen", though. :)

12. You should work toward moderator of the Conference, and then steer it from dysfunction

into a functional, theologically sound, collegial, well-run Conference like Wisconsin.

13. You may be forgetting that my parents left the UCC because

of the way the SE Association dealt with the craziness in West Bend. If asking life long members to leave a church because they disagree with the pastor, and having the Association defend that behavior is "theologically sound", I'd hate to see dysfunction.
