Preferably a cheap-ish reseller plan. Must be Linux, prefer cPanel/WHM with all the trimmings.

My ISP was acquired and since then support has gone to hell (notice my hosed sig image). On my short list: http://www.hostgator.com/ and http://www.themooseisloose.net/ .

2. I use Lunarpages and love 'em!

Almost no problems in the past year with them. And their prices are grrreat!

I don't use their reseller plan, but I have no reason to think their service with that would be any worse than I've seen.
