Anyone know anything about sites that host artists

I've been looking around (for my partner) for a good site to host his work. There are a bunch of sites that do that: projekt30.com, foliolink.com, bigblackbag.com, but I don't know if any of them have a good or bad reputation. Do you have any experience with any of them? It seems to me it would be better to host his work in some sort of collective site, since it will get more traffic than a custom site. Any thoughts? FYI, here's an example of his work:

I could do it for a friend of a fellow DUer for 30 bucks a year.
Their own domain name would be an additional 12 dollars, and would include many extras.

A few pictures, I'd do free of charge.

This is an international site. They offer tutorials as well as letting you post pics. They also offer critiques on your works and have contest for those wanting to participate.
