Stairs
At the surgeon's office today. I thought the multiple patterns neat.

Same stairs with a wee bit of HDR

1. Very nice!
I think the first pic is my favorite...

But they're all very cool...

Hope whatever you're seeing the doctor for isn't terrifying!

3. Thanks, CaliforniaPeggy.
For both comments! :)

The doctor seems confident that I'll be OK. So, that's a plus.

2. interesting space
Love the ceiling pattern vs. the stairs. The black and white really looks good with such a geometric type photo--it really emphasizes that, and would have made a really good contest entry. Good job.

I like stairs in dark colors. I don't know why.

5. Each in their own way astounding work. I'm the self appointed queen
of stairs, so this caught my fancy big time. I must give the biggest nod to number one. And I'm very glad you are in confident hands with your doctor.

8. Ohhhhhh these are very nice!
The sharp angles of the hand-railing ties the photo together . . . leads the eye upward!

I'm glad that you weren't too shy to take these photos, otherwise they wouldn't be here for us to enjoy. Sometimes I can be bold, other times I just shy away from taking the shot, depending on circumstances and my own self.

Good to hear all is well in the health department. Falling apart at 40! Us "old" farts are fighting that age thing with every ounce of energy we can muster! ;-)

I enjoy playing with the different filters. I'm thinking of doing a series of the same photos, using different filters - extreme differences...to hang on my walls. Got to find the right photo though. Maybe a flower...something that will be interesting.
