The local wildlife
I don't think y'all have seen my gator pictures, and I came across them today. The close-ups are the baby, momma floating around behind him. She's the last pic.

1. Great pictures
What is with the fish? I don't remember ever seeing fish hang around gators but then again most gators I see are in FL and you can't see through the water enough to see if fish are there. Love the pics specially with the fish around them.

4. Beats me
That's as close as I plan on ever getting to another gator to check lol. Usually that pond is really murky and you can't see the fish. I've got more of this pond around here somewhere with big snapping turtles also. Thanks!

2. What kind of fish are those? Fresh or salt water?
Great photos...when I think of swamps, I think of very murky water, you captured the clear water beautifully.

5. Fresh
If you look on the top corner you can see some catfish lol. Usually this water is really murky, I caught it on a good day. Thanks!

Reminds me of visiting my grandparents in Louisiana.

9. They were taken about 45 miles from here
at a little pond near Lake Eufala. My street is reclaimed swamp, and we have seen water mocassins, but so far no gators thankfully lol.
