backlit experiment

I have a rice paper lamp, and was trying to get the light to come thru enough for backlit. Still not sure about this particular way to go. However...it is still a cool pic.

1. It's a beautiful flower

Now this is just my opinion but I think it needs a frame or some kind of texture of the light source in the background. I would like to see the source of the light rather than just a plain white background.

It is a really cool pic, though, like a mandala.

When I view photos like yours here in the group I am continually amazed at all the talent and skill displayed.
