6. All those art classes taught me a lot except how to pronounce
Modigliani. That'd damned G that isn't there. As many times I've heard the name, my mouth can't repeat it.

7. I remember a movie or a TV show where a character said the name as
Modigleenee. Can't quite pin it down.

8. Merriam Webster online has an audio clip.
They try four or five times then finish off with a few choice words in "low German" as my dad used to call it.
