Anyone can enter, but you will need to download Google's free photo editing software, "Picasa".Any photo that you feel completes/illustrates the sentence "Democracy is..."

1. Probably wouldn't like my entry
It would involve a few thousand of my closest friends, the pentagon (AKA Mordor), capital police, teargas, etc, etc...

I entered this photo (I regret the camera I had at the time was a point and shoot, low rez). Sometimes I think the power of the image can transcend the imperfections of the photograph. This was taken five years ago at the Eyes Wide Open Tour in Escondido, CA.
