I've already taken my favorite shot of 2010.
And it was a lucky shot with a point-and-shoot.

...She's just starting to toddle around the kitchen. As long as she holds dad's hand, she's doing great at it. :)

1. So very precious. It won't get better.
Have you noticed a baby just learning to walk sometimes toddles along holding hands with "her"self?
If gives the little one the feeling of holding on to something and makes walking less scary.

A photo to put a tear in my eye.
(C is for Child :) )

2. Oh my goodness
That is just beautiful. You don't need to see the faces to feel the love in that photo. :loveya:

4. That is just beautiful, my dear Robb...
Someday, when she's a teenager, show her this when she's angry with you for something...

She might even remember...

Precious, precious baby...

5. I can see why it is already
your favorite but get ready because lots of favorites are going to be coming fast. Beautiful shot and bound to make you teary eyed in a couple decades. Also did any one warn you that her reach just increased by her height plus 6 feet in every direction? You'll see. Enjoy every minute and keep that camera handy.

7. Point and shoots are indispensable with a child,
especially a small child. Life is often way too fast and unpredictable to allow for doing much more than hitting an on switch and taking aim. As much as I've loved the SLRs I've had over the years, there are a lot of pictures I would have missed if it weren't for my wife's point and shoot. That shot is a beauty - makes this father of an 18 year old young woman a little misty.

9. Now where have I seen somehting like that before?
Oh yeah, the Sistine Chapel! :)
Great shot. Wait till she's about 16 and show it to her again, when she's had enough of your busy body parenting!
