Snowmagedon '10
So we did get snow last night/today, and more snow then even more snow. Then the wind tossed it around here and there and back again.

Across the street. There is a car to the left of the house in the driveway. Oh there is a driveway to the left of the house too. lol

See there is a car in there. Actually an SUV. We also had to shovel neighbor out of her house. The snow drifted against her doors so they wouldn't open.

Almost forgot to take a picture of my house so it was getting dark when I remembered. This is after the tractor rescued our cars from the driveway.

Now for fun stuff.

No roses for now.

Lone twig.

Snowed glass bead/ball.

Snow caught in spiral.

1. Lone twig is the holy grail of a photo I've looked for for years.
It's perfect.

Like the rest too, but the lone twig is just something else.

3. Thank you.
Helps I have a corkscrew willow but has been hard to get one twig. Seems it loses branches at a time and has lots sticking out. This time around there may be a branch under the snow but all that showed was the thin twig.

2. Thanks
Grateful here not to be caught up in this. It looks like a fairy tale with the North Pole as the setting.

Love the snow caught in spiral!!

4. It is pretty and has been
so quiet. Helps that someone came by with a tractor and cleared out the driveway so we get to just enjoy it. Now to get out and about with the camera eventually. Roads are still pretty bad so stayed in and enjoyed it from warmth today.
