2. Last time was in October...
Without going too far back into the archives, it seems to me that getting three hundred votes used to be pretty commonplace in the early days of the contests, but that dropped back to the low two-hundreds in recent years. However, the past few months have been either over three hundred or slightly below it, so maybe voter interest is picking back up.
