San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers
Visited it yesterday. I love the place. It's so tropical and lush, like a mini-visit to Hawaii.

1. These are great
I can't even pick a favorite. The cracked cherub is precious. I love the water reflections and the touch of color in the second to last one.

2. I love how the 2nd, 3rd and 4th read almost as abstractions.
Especially the 2nd one, where you have to really stop and think about what you're seeing.

4. All fantastic
I love them all, but I think the second one is my favourite. Closely followed by the cherub.

6. A wonderful way to take us along.
thanks for that-
I think the second and third make me feel with you the most, and I also love the last one.
When in a place like that, with a camera hanging on your neck, and a place like Photo Forum DU in your hip pocket, that is a wonderful thing to have for people like us.
It's so much fun to know you can show off what you saw and where you have been.

That's how it is for me, anyway. I suspect I'm not projecting.

8. You're not projecting :o)
My favorites are the more abstract ones, too. I love photos with contrast between hard edges and fluidity. in these pics the roles are reversed. The hard edges come from the plants and the fluidity comes from the reflections of the steel and glass windows on the water.
