Remember the little red-headed girl? I met her today at the Dolphin Research Center

She was all excited about getting to swim with the Dolphins ($ 185 -her generous parents had to pay) but a bit apprehensive as she geared up.

Things got off to a good start giving the command she learned to have the dolphins swim by to be petted

And then she held on for dear life and swam a huge circle between two dolphins

Happy

and exhausted

1. Even though I've been scarce for a while
I try to check in every day or so to see what's new. I have no idea how I missed these, but I'm glad I caught up with them.

The one of the girl with the dolphins is so good. She'll probably carry the memory of that swim way into the latter years of this century.

4. Thank you so much for your comment, Mz Pip, I was able to be so close
in order to translate the dolphin trainer's instructions to another swimmer who does not speak English, and during that orientation this little girl was giggling happily, and simply could not wait or sit still. It was a real pleasure to be there to see her have a peak life experience.
