As you all know I had something of an event to handle this week.
First thing I had to do was find a guy to take care of business. I found (as they refered to it in the movie MASH) the "pros from Dover".

I give you JJ. What he pulled off was nothing short of amazing.

Talk about work!

See for yourself here The content might not be your cup of tea - but the skilll with which it was done was really something.

In the pic above he is talking to his crew at a second facility where his work was viewed by an overflow crow. He was also responsible for setting up what was needed to see this thing live on TV in NYC, broadcast via radio in SC (that is the commentary you'll hear) and streamed live over the internet. (That is what had to work to keep my day job...) He is one of the most amazing men I've ever met. And one of the nicest.

3. I simply admire the "doers"
and JJ is a doer.

4. I know exactly what you mean. It's part of lead /follow/ or get out of the way.
My favorites are those who can do all three equally well and without ego involvement assess what is needed accurately.

2. Glad it went well.
That looks like a big job. No wonder you were a little stressed about it. Props to you, JJ, and his crew.
