1. For GOOD reason - just sayin'
I had only one possible picture for the entry in "Seasons- Winter" (the little bitty snow sculpture remember? That was all the snow of many years :) put together)

We are just whiling away the time til your photos show up.

3. Oh, you're too sweet.
I hope you won't be disappointed.

And I'm just kind of kidding you about the snow -- it's something we take for granted, of course, so we always get kind of tickled when the evening news makes such a big deal about snowstorms in the east.

4. Imagine: before it snows the shelves in the stores have no milk
no bread, they fight over buying sleds at the hardware store.
Before it snows schools and all other things like yoga class and choir practice get canceled.
We have a scroll on the TV about things that are canceled that does not quit ....

Then it snows.
But mostly not.

I for one make Minestrone, and I add beef and barley, while I drink beer and post photos.

2. Snow is a holiday here.
Everyone stays home, bakes brownies and drinks beer. No school, no work. :)

I would probably be a worthless, lazy sob if I lived up there, at least until I got used to it.
