I think it could be used as a self-defense weapon.

I'm going to try the milk-bottle ring flash idea. that's ingeneous and the results looked spectacular. Just gotta find someone who drinks milk out of plastic bottles.

On Edit: The aluminum reflector looks cool too. I'm going to pick up one of those today or tomorrow.
