Fay, Sunday morning sunrise - watching the bands head North/NW - Couldn't resist taking this, before my coffee even!

That evening, it was sunny through the trees in the front yard but would you believe it was also POURING down rain when I took these "Fay, day after Sunset Photos"? The back yard was dark, but this was my view from my recliner LOL!

He lives in MS, my mother was a victim of Katrina - but at ground zero of the hurricane - she was in the area of MS that was flattened and only house foundations were left.

My mother still owns a lot of land in that area of MS (MS Sound - Waveland - near Pass Christian) and my brother lives in a Katrina cottage on her almost beach front property. Be safe everyone - especially those of us in the 'danger' zone - we are expected to get a lot of rain, wind from the outer bands of "IKE" - the worst part of that is the outer bands create tornadoes too!
