1. Have to go with the second
The way the cat's fur echoes the dry ice is really visually seductive. Though the dramatic lighting in the first is also really appealing.

4. We have a split decision here...
paisley likes the second one better, while I prefer the first (because of the upraised paw and the sense that the cat is looking at the viewer -- also, it almost feels like the cat is driving away the smoke in the first shot, but being overwhelmed by it in the second).

But I'm not sure why he lit your house on fire...

Seriously, I like the stance and lighting of the kitty in the first but the diffuse smoke in the second really works better for me. Overall I'd have to say #2.
