4. One Million, Two Hundred Thousand gallons of gasoline.

as a large spot market storage facility in the Fairfax district of Kansas City Kansas. It was struck by lightning around 1930 hours last night.

It is surrounded by three just like it, and they have been spraying the surrounding tanks with water, and have left the original to burn as hopeless.

Gas prices have suddenly hit 4.00/gal in the hood.

not just for this story, either.

On good days they hover around mediocre.
Too bad I am too afflicted for them.

Most of the media types were about 200 meters behind me.
And even I was not taking chances. I know how slow I run.

Last week or perhaps the week before last a yard used to store and recycle old cars caught on fire. Big mess. Took three days for it to be put out.
