Behind the race track at the little beach in Albany. :hi:

I take pictures there every New Year's Eve. This was by far the best night ever.

10. What a mess

The storm has quieted down a bit, for now at least. Was going to go out with Mr Pip to take some pictures of the bay. He went to the hardware store first to get materials to fix a leak in the wall. He hit a huge puddle and ended up snapping some long belt in the engine of the car.

At least the power hasn't gone out yet, though our subway system seems to be out of commission.

He's taken my car. I hope he stays out of that puddle.

I guess I'll watch the primary festivities on TV for a while.
