to cause that amount of fade on the right.

Or maybe they have to put up a sign so he knows where he is.

I'd say it's been tilted and cropped.... It's obviously a 100% setup pic. Huge tin sign behind the tin dictator. I'm guessing that * is in the bathroom having phone sex with Jeff Gannon which is why the puketog composed it so poorly.
