Found the how to on hummers
It is here http://www.nikoncafe.com/vforums/showthread.php?t=78279 and I had found it following insane_cratic_gal link to Nikon Cafe. (Thanks ICG)
And Kieth has some beautiful hummer pics and makes one feel very inadequate. http://www.nikoncafe.com/vforums/showthread.php?t=83045

1. Your welcome
And they have some beautiful nature photographers over there.. It would make anyone feel inadequate.

As a Woman I understand penis envy if I view through the same idea as lens envy. :-)

2. I have to spend $2 grand on flashes?
I'll go to Target and buy one of those plastic hummingboids and glue it to a feeder. I'll snap it out of focus, which comes easy for me. No one will ever know.

Interesting info and setup and fantastic pixies. This Kieth guy is good.
:hi:

3. For Those Kind of Shots, Yah
Otherwise you could always try putting your ambrosia in a better place for lighting.

4. Insane!
I'm amazed the hummingbirds find their way to the feeder through all the lighting equipment. Fantasitic photos, though.

5. Holy shit!
Those are fabulous. I feel even more fortunate to have captured one good shot with my poor little old D100 and a tripod.
