For years my Dads (he passed away years ago) broken Yashica 5000E has been floating around the house. The main problem was that the exposure meter wasn't working and settings had to be done manually. I dealt with it but it was a pain in the arse. Anyway I finally started fooling with it, opened the camera and re soldered what looked to be the problem. Wallah!!! it worked. A nice little second camera, 35 mm range-finder with a 45mm lens.
Just had to share cause I'm usually a Klutz when it comes to fixing things.
I'll post some pics when I get them back.
