I am a big pain in the neck.
A waste of space. I can't stand this shit any longer. Sorry that I exist.

1. Therapy and meds do help, even if they don't seem like they would.
I tend to be a different kind of "big pain in the neck" when I'm not right, but I know how hard it is to ask for help.

Do you have anyone to talk to?

3. I've got unreliable knees and an unreliable mind.
:wtf:

Occasionally my knees will send me tumbling down the stairs.

But the very worst wrecks in my personal life have been caused by my misperceptions of people's intent.

Life is a grand adventure. Sometimes the greatest rewards are found along the roads that leave you dirty, bruised and bleeding. It's like playing rugby in the mud.

7. I feel that way sometimes.
Not so much sorry that I exist, as just not seeing a point to it. Sometimes that feeling lasts a long time, which is when things get interesting, in a scary way. But when they pass I feel like life is ok, even if I'm wasting it, either in my own eyes or those of others. I just say fuck it, life is the only game in town. It is tough to think that in the grip of a serious downtime though, which sounds like the place you are in right now.

If you're worried that someone else thinks you're a pain in the neck I wouldn't let it get to you as much as you can help it. They aren't walking in your shoes. If you feel yourself that you're a pain in the neck go deeper and ask what makes you feel that way, and see if there's anything you can do to change that, either by yourself or with the help of a counselor perhaps.

Best wishes. Hope you feel better soon.
