i am getting frightened that i may just blow it.
haven't had an A.M. radio in a car for years but now i do,so i wanted to get a weather report and heard what has happened. It is all anti progressive anti democrat hate shit,it freaked me out, then i saw the bush stickers on fancy cars, i have allways been non violent, never even slapped anyone and now i want to fight these bastards who would probably kill me but i don't care anymore they have made me want to fight them.Any amount of happy pills won't help,i want to leave this country and this fucked up world ......nothing seems to help, its just sadness and anger at the way things have become so unfair out there.Where the hell do we go where people aren't such fools ?i hear l.A. is full of those wretched librals like me so where are they all hiding because i am not going to hide anything from these jerk offs.

2. I'd like to second the first replier's response
If you live in L.A., jdots, chances are that you can get Air America on the AM dial somewhere.

It's hard not to get angry and frustrated at the regressive nature of our country right now. All I can tell you is to keep your head up and don't let them get you too down. Oh, and the "happy pills" I take don't make me happy. They just make me feel like my normal self. If you ever find that you've gone insane you will probably want to give them a shot. They've worked wonderfully for me.

3. I don't think your feeling different than the rest of us, jdots...
the RWnuts know they are full of crap, they will never admit it, liars never do. Don't let it bother you. Their cars will be on blocks soon, the price of gas will ensure they can't drive them anyway...:)

Look at it this way...they have deluded themselves in believing there are only two things in life worth anything, money and power. When the economy goes bust, they will have no money, hence, they will find out the "power" they thought they had will become the reality of fighting for food as they realize they have no hope of scaring anyone anymore.

The illusion will be broken, and they will pay...I have no pity for them...they destroy themselves everyday.

You and I, as well as the rest of humanity that knows that life is more than greed and avarice will survive. We always do.

Don't feel down, you are a human being, you are far above the swine you see w/bush stickers...:) Do you think bush will be there when his 'pioneers' are looking for a handout when they go broke as the bill becomes due for this largesse....nope, like all good neo-cons, he'll run away when he has to face the truth....:D He always has, he has never accoplished a single thing on his own, he is a system of failure.

You my friend are a success, you have seen beyond the curtain, and there is no one there....O8)

5. Amazing, how well it applies to today. I know a lawyer who
has been caught up listening to that fat am radio mad man. And has started to form his world view and political opinions on those knee jerk reactions, the bigotry, the hatred, he used to be an intelligent democrat. Now he's gone off the deep end.
There is hope on the radio. It is on every weekend, WAIT WAIT, DON'T TELL ME.
From Chicago, and available on the www on demand.
Funny, intelligent, and a new and refreshing point of view.
There is hope with this new administration, and hopefully it will manifest itself in some way .. some day.
But it points out that the problems were not just the previous administrations, but deep rooted problems in this country and with the people and institutions in it.
That may never be fixed.
