2. God bless you holy father.
You served well my friend.

Seeing you in person was a highlight in my life.

There are two times in my life that I felt the hand of god. First was seeing Pope John Paul II and second was before my brother passed away.

While I may not be a "church person", my faith in god stands strong because of those moments.

3. May you find peace John...
I'm not a prayerful person, but you have been in my thoughts and meditations.

Thank you for all the things you tried to do to make this world a better place.

Amen.

I'm going to make it to mass tonight, but being with everyone here helps.

May you rest in eternal peace, and dwell in the light of Christ's glory for all time. I loved you, and I shall miss you more than words can say.

11. Love never stops, Paddi
He is still in our hearts. He may have left us, but our love for him goes on.

His passing has made me stronger.

There are two moments in my life that I have felt the touch of God.

The first was when I saw the Holy Father in 1987 and in morning when my brother died in 1989.

Those moments have kept me strong. I miss my brother with all my heat. But I know that he is chillin' w/ Pope John Paul II with my beloved cat Mickey sitting on his lap enjoying the after life.

Love them, can't wait to see them all again .... but I'll take a rain check.

Got more to do here on earth for a while.

10. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.
And let perpetual light shine upon him.
