1. Isn't the stuff he wants to sue over in the public record?

I don't see where he has a case, but then again, he is insane.

3. He is really stupid if he thinks he could win a PR war

against the articulate, appealing Judy Droz Keyes, who heads the organization. Her speech in Boston was great and she seemed like an incredibly nice person. A confrontation with her could make him look even worse than he looked against Kerry in 1971. Not to mention that her husband's letters include pertainent first hand information from someone actually with Kerry in VN, which O'Neil wasn't.

John O'Neill is like a cockroach. Just when you think he's extinct, he crawls out from under a rock again. That guy will be probably be around to harrass JK's descendants when we're all long gone.
From what the Patriot Project says, he hasn't a leg to stand on, but still, the lawsuit itself is already going to cost PP money they could better use elsewhere.
