Kerry spokesman responds to Rove's smear of Kerry and Murtha
Taken from the TBA blog at DCP:

Kerry Spokesman on Karl Rove’s Smear of Murtha, Kerry

Below is a statement from Kerry’s chief spokesperson, David Wade:

“The closest Karl Rove ever came to combat was these last months spent worrying his cellmates might rough him up in prison. This porcine political operative can't cut and run from the truth any longer. When it came to Iraq, this Administration chose to cut and run from sound intelligence and good diplomacy, cut and run from the best military advice, cut and run from their responsibility to give our troops body armor, and in November, Americans will cut and run from this Republican Congress.”

1. David Wade is cool
Rove is a slime who doesn't deserve respect.

JK were on the same page today.

In his speech, JK referred to "special interest piggery"

5. I know--that was great!
Also using the word "LIE" more than once! Now that's more like it!

Kerry and Murtha. His best point mirrored Kerry's on it being about the soldiers. He also made an interesting point that it would be good for Hillary to defend them when they're attacked.

8. Hey, where was Rove in Vietnam
http://www.senatemajority.com/node/381

Nowhere to be found. He managed to find 'other priorities' and sent other people to serve and perhaps die in his place. Gee, who was really there for any kind of bullets at all? Not Rove, that's for sure. It's only cowardice if you don't go and then accuse those who did, btw.
