One interesting point was that all the money we are pouring into Iraq will most likely "turn into a grant", in other words, not be paid off, but we won't lend money to any small businesses so they can get back on their feet. He said how can they do it themselves when they can't run their businesses to raise any money? If they didn't have any "interruption of business" type insurance, they're out of luck.
