He's more conservative than I am in regards to things like immigration and just society as a whole but he's lived an interesting life and I have a lot of respect for him and I asked him who he would like in 2008 and he said he liked Kerry or someone that would focus on economics. His train of thought has always been that greed has been the problem in the world and I have to agree with that. So other than that I got myself an interesting weekend ahead of me. My fifteen year old brother will be going with me to DC sunday for the Save Darfur rally and he's starting to express political opinions. He took glee in Rush's arrest and he can't stand O'Reilly for his hypocrisy. Grandma seems open to the idea of either Kerry, Edwards, or our former governor Warner. Can really learn a lot from the older generation if you talk and listen to them.
Sunday, John, and say hello. We will be live blogging--not sure how you will find us, except you can always PM me and we can set a place to meet-then you can tell everyone at DU hello anyway!
