Thanks for the opinions everyone

Hope I didn't start a flamewar (LOL!), I was just looking for some information and honest discussion about Kerry's image and other stuff. It is very frustrating (thought it won't stop) to hear people who are on our side continue to see him as what the media reported.

I talked back with my friend last night after posting this. She told me not to stop sending things, (she is on JK's e-mail list) she is just frustrated with the leadership and party as a whole right.

I sent the OP-ED from the NYT about his withdraw from Iraq plan, she liked it. She thought it was some really aggressive points. I think she likes him as a senator than a presidental candidate (my feeling), they just prefer someone who can win.

I don't hear much Kerry talk in the community, but the names I hear are Hillary (cause of Bill), Clark, Gore, Edwards and Biden.

Hope no one took the post the wrong way. :patriot:

1. Not at all. Your observations are valid
You see and hear what you do. I'm glad you bring them here. We can discuss them, see if we have some info for you that might help and we get to strengthen our own arguments. It's all good.

2. you shouldn't worry too much about who they support at this point
just tell them to pay attention to the primary campaigns when they start. especially the debates. ask her what she thinks after seeing those things. for now, just keep her and others informed on what is going on. they may not think much about it now but when they start thinking about who to vote for later, it will help.

right now doesn't matter that much. people are more focused on 2006 and just anything else.
