Soaring senator

U. S Sen. and former presidential candidate John Kerry was in town over the weekend. In addition to biking and dining, Kerry, a licensed pilot, also flew a Lancair four-seater out of St. Augustine Airport. Pictured are Kerry and Michael Slingluff, general manager of Galaxy Aviation with Jacksonville attorneys Bob Spohrer and Rodney Margol in the back seat.
