Same to ya, Mr. Miller
I just happen to belong to that party you have nothing but contempt for.

MCM on Canadian Business TV: ".the fix is in...I have nothing but contempt for the Democratic Party. I think both parties have been, basically, colluding on ignoring a very serious problem."

I am NOT impressed with this guy. At all.

1. That comment really does tell you everything about him.
Mr. Miller? Your agenda is showing. Better zip it back up, hon. We're embarrassed for you.

2. This guy doesn't impress me either. This statement is quite
revealing. Who would you chose to believe, this guy or Senator Kerry? No contest.

3. I honestly think some people have a self-destructive streak.
They say they want one thing and then do everything possible to sabotage what they say they want. I think he comes off as not credible.

It's too bad. There are some serious problems with the election system in this country and it is going to take more than a few 'martyrs' to really set it right. Some of the people who are raising the issue are doing so in a limited and ineffective way. It is becoming about them and about who they think is worthy and pure based on how much said people agree with them. That's the wrong approach. It's not about how liberal and pure you are; it's about the people whose votes are not being counted. It's about the country and our democracy, it's not about a few 'martyrs.' This is so sad. It will take unity and a strong sense of common purpose to fix this. Statements like those quoted above only served to divide and delay reform.

4. You're right. We do need election reform and this book might have
been taken more seriously if he didn't get into game playing and name calling.
