There is wisdom in tht look as well as ariness and the knowledge that someone is quite possibly lying to him and he knows it. I love that pic. I really do.

4. I'm so glad I found this group!

I found Kerry so libidinous during the campaign.
His rallies and speeches were very arousing.

And I just kept it pretty much to myself.

6. Has anyone else ever had someone from the "outside world"

bring up Kerry's hotness without prompting from you? That happened in my book club a few months ago. I knew we all voted for Kerry, but I had no idea that the rest of the members shared my appreciation for Kerry's non-political attributes. The subject of Kerry came up, and one of the members said (almost hesitantly) "I think he's kind of hot, how about you guys?" Well yes, everyone including our 80+ year-old (life long Democrat) member agreed! It was fun to be able to talk about the subject (for once) outside the confines of this forum!

8. Vektor and others in this group pre-date me in appreciate

posts and in being vocal about it online. (And we should publish a history of that in a thread: The Kerry blog -- naughty, naughty women and the men they love to oogle. It amuses me no end to think that all those posts are now in the august possession of the Smithsonian which is preserving them for posterity and future research.)

I am the newbie (well, sort of) in this regard. I never posted on the Kerry blog, never got admonished by Elizabeth Edwards to tone it down and never really talked about Mr. Kerry's hotness factor in MA. (Which is a whole 'nother thing entirely. He was single here for quite a long time and there are stories, don't ya know. But he is now very happily and monogamously and faithfully married, so nobody talks about that anymore, nostly, except in those 'this is ancient history' ways.) :rofl: And being cerebral is not exactly a drawback in this state.) Seriosuly, Whome and I have talked about this and closet Kerry, ahm, admirers in MA sort of kept quiet. (And then showed up, en masse at the voting booth to make their feelings known.

It is very amusing to note the newbies who come in here and read some of the posts and go, "Oh my Gawd, I thought I was the only one who thought that." :rofl: Yeah, get in line.
