Kerry Gets Credit

I was just driving for a few minutes, half paying attention to Talk of the Nation on NPR. They were talking about fuel efficiency and oil use. There was a comment from the host about the lack of political will in Washington for change. A guest (I don't know who it is) mentioned in passing that Kerry did have some positive proposals during the campaign.

Isolated radio comments like this are not enough to affect anything, but imagine if over the next few years whenever serious problems are mentioned, someone points out that Kerry had proposals to get us out of the mess.
