While there are certain people on the Foreign Relations Committee whom I have likened to certain male body parts, I feel that I must issue a disclaimer.

The Chairman of the Committee is a Dick. The official Ranking Member is not a Dick, but a regular Joe. The Member's rankings are rankling on me, but not in a good way. That said, I would like to see a different Ranking Member that would affect the member's rankings, that would move certain Johns to the top, where I would be most happy to accommodate that Ranking Member's positions. Ranking Memberships have their privileges. And that would be most fine with me.
