Kerry's floor speech on 4/20/05
Edited on Thu Apr-21-05 01:20 PM by TayTay
Is now up on the Congressional Record.

Try this link:
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/B?r109:@FIELD(FLD003+s)+@FIELD(DDATE+20050420)

10 . THE ENERGY BILL -- (Senate - April 20, 2005)

If this fails go to: http://www.senate.gov/pagelayout/legislative/g_three_sections_with_teasers/legislative_home.htm

Then hit the record for Congressional Record in the middle right of the screen.

The Senators remarks are in this category:
10 . THE ENERGY BILL -- (Senate - April 20, 2005)

That is all. (Quick, painless and can be read or skimmed online. How great is that?)

2. I wouldn't be surprised.
Either to refute Smith's Bolton speech
Or to speak against Negroponte. (Who is a bastard. Yuck!)

Pink Tie again.

The filibuster 'nuclear option' is just wrong.

Rethugs are out of control, bent on amassing power, no matter what.

This beautifully backs up the new video. Nice coordination. Kerry and his office are getting better and better at putting out a coordinated message.

Bush and the evil congress are trying to let it expire in 2007. This is our most sacred right.

34. Yes, I think it is really important that they mention some of the crazy
things the Judges (the ones they are going to filibuster) have stated in the past.

It shows how extreme they really are.

If they just mention 3 of the really wacky things that some of the 7 Judges have said in the past, most people would think "whoa, I'm glad they aren't going to be a Federal Judge".

especially given McCain's role in not really supporting Kerry re the SBVT after Kerry backed him whenever he was attacked.

He hasn't seen a pattern of bad behavior from Bolton? I guess perjury, distorting intelligence, and bullying get gold stars.
