either that or I am re-acting wonkily to certain photos that were posted in this group and am trying to regain my equilibrium. Wonk works for me in that way.

Anyway, this should be posted from time to time. These are just bills where Sen. Kerry is the Sponsor. He has, of course, co-sponsored many others in this term.

These are from the US Senate site. I can't post a link because it is a search engine thingee and doesn't work properly.
