3. People are there intermittently

Still, how to recover $350 Million for the govt is a big deal.

Sometimes Senators on these committees show up, sometimes they monitor they from their offices while they do other things and they send staff to follow them. All depends on what the priority is. I sometimes feel bad that I alert on these and Kerry doesn't show. I know he has a lot to attend to and follows this stuff.
