According to HuffPo, Rove called Biden a blow-hard and Senator Doofus. Biden just laughed it off, and Wade issued this:

"“It’s more than a little sad that with another hurricane heading for the Gulf Coast, Karl Rove is up to the same old attack politics that he practically patented while helping dig a deep hole for our country to get out of,” said Biden Spokesman David Wade. “Americans deserve better, especially at a time like this.”

Just like old times, eh?

He seems to have a special feeling for Rove. I remember some earlier press statement of his, around 2006, I think, when he described Rove as "porcine". : ) Glad to know he's out there, doing what needs to be done.
